Fbalee Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide for Members

1 Introduction & Eligibility

Fbalee is an online betting and casino platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between fbalee and its members. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Fbalee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are provided in Bengali for ease of understanding. However, the English version shall be considered final for any legal interpretation.

2 Account Registration

An active account is required to use fbalee's services. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information.

• Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being closed.
• The name, address, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify fbalee support immediately.
• Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be suspended at any time.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Fbalee is strictly for adults. An account cannot be created or services accessed unless the following eligibility requirements are met:

• The registrant must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.
• Fbalee may request age verification documents at any time.
• Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on fbalee can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following payment rules apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. For VIP members, within 12 hours.
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Fbalee reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the payment will be reported to the relevant investigating authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Fbalee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply when claiming these offers:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• The required Wagering Requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are stated separately for each offer. Typically, you are required to wager 15x–30x the bonus amount.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, fbalee reserves the right to void the bonus and withhold any associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed from multiple accounts, or from the same IP address or device.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules are strictly enforced for Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games on fbalee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature is available).
• If a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded. Different rules may apply in the case of partially played matches.
• Fbalee is not responsible if a bet is not accepted due to technical issues.
• Odds may change during live betting. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• Coordinated betting on the same event from multiple accounts (Syndicate Betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet amounts are set separately for each event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbalee. If any such activity is detected, the account may be suspended and legal action may be taken:

• Attempts at fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Stealing or unauthorised use of another member's account credentials.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Making defamatory statements against fbalee's brand or staff.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Fbalee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If any evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Where suspicious financial activity is detected on an account.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members are typically notified by email before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

9 Responsible Betting

Fbalee believes betting should be a healthy form of entertainment. If any member shows signs of problem gambling, we are here to help.

• You can set your own deposit limits, bet limits, and session limits at any time.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between fbalee and a member, the following process will apply:

• You must first contact the support team and attempt to resolve the matter directly.
• The support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• If a member is not satisfied with the resolution, a formal complaint may be submitted.
• Fbalee's decision shall be final in the resolution of all disputes.
• All disputes will be governed under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

12 Changes to Terms

Fbalee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Minor or editorial changes may be made without prior notice.
• The "Last Updated" date will always be displayed at the top of the page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
